- Bill Tancredi grew up in Pennsylvania the son of a mining electrical engineer, by the age of 14, Bill would join his father on the weekends at job sites. Then years later he received training in the trades in Philadelphia's local 8 union carpenters, and since then has 35 plus years experience in the industry.
- He been the sole proprietor of Old City since 2004. Working with Bill you will get the experience of working with someone who has worked all over the northeast, from Philadelphia, to Vermont, to Manhattan, to the very end of long island in the Hamptons market. He has multiple business experiences, from owning high end wood shops, to having a high end home retail and design store on shelter island NY and has even built stores in Grand Central Station in NYC.
- He is a loving father and husband, ask him to tell you how he reconnected and married his first love from 30 years ago. They live in South Philadelphia to be close to the Phillies and of course all things Mummers.
